The Bob Stuart Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Bob Stuart Memorial Scholarship was established by the Missouri State Aviation Council (MoSAC) and Missouri Airport Managers Association (MAMA) in memory of long-time aviation promoter and airport manager, Bob Stuart.

Scholarship Description
MoSAC and MAMA jointly award a scholarship annually to applicants who are enrolled in an aviation-related curriculum at a U.S. college or university. Awards will be made to U.S. citizens without regard to gender, race, religion or national origin.
Scholarship Eligibility
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen attending a school in the U.S. Must be enrolled in or plan to continue a college curriculum leading to a degree in the field of aviation, have an overall grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, and submit a 300 word (typed, double- spaced) paper in “Why I Wish to Pursue a Career in Aviation. Submit official transcript with an application. Scholarships are not based on endowment and are sometimes not awarded.
